Farr North Community Development Trust is a charity (number SC050787) and a company limited by guarantee (number SC 670324).  

Our Articles of Association are designed to ensure that our members are in control of the organisation through Annual General Meetings where the Board of Management (the Directors) are elected by the members.  

Our Articles have been confirmed by Scottish Ministers as being consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development under Community Right to Buy and Land Reform legislation.
