Farr North is committed to improving the lives of people living in North Sutherland. From improving access to services and opportunities, to maximising the benefits from local renewable energy development, we aim to enhance the life of our communities.

Our dream is for North Sutherland to be a thriving place where people are able to live fulfilled and healthy lives.

Mission

We work across the ancient Parish of Farr stretching from Forsinard to Melvich, Strathy and Armadale, Bettyhill Strahnaver and Altnaharra.  We foster opportunities to live and work here and to help people and communities to learn, to connect and be happy and healthy.

In the next three to five years Farr North will focus on developing projects that reflect community aspirations and that maximise the opportunities for our people to experience life to the full, to participate and to learn. 

We will also seek to deliver projects that help to foster collaboration and promote connections within our communities.
